Make your own Cinnamon rolls, you will mix dough roll it out fill them with amazing cinnamon filling cut these fluffy beauties , take them home let them rise and bake, you will also each get to see hands on how to make apple fritters, i will make a batter and each person will get to make 2 of these during class and take them home along with the cinnamon rolls..

Make your own Cannoli!! You will mix your dough rest it roll , fry and fill it ... You will make this light crispy outer pastry and i will have a cannoli filling in a piping bags ready to fill these beauties and then you will put sprinkles nuts and chocolate on them .....… you will receive 4 mini and 2 large cannoli forms included in class price, you will take home 12 cannoli that you will garnish in class.

CANNING 101 learn how to water bath can .. you will watch step by step the process of canning Raspberry jam , you will also learn a lot about different fruits, pectin sugar free jams and lots more about canning in general & we will go over what should be water bath canned and pressure cooker canning and you will each take a jar of jam home.. i will have a canning kit you can purchase in class

Make your own tray of baklava, we will be making a tray of regular honey and ground nut version! I use walnuts pecan and pistachio ... So come and make this delicious dessert… , we will be using Phyllo dough… You will assemble it and take home to bake… I will have one ready for everyone to taste during class ..So come get a little sticky!! You are welcome to bring a 9x13" pan or I will give you a tin one , you can purchase drinks during class , so come sip and bake.....

You will make your dough roll them out fill them and take home to bake, we will bake a few in class and of course I will have samples, the kifli is a traditional Hungarian pastry This is a very flaky dough and filled with delicious fillings, you will roll out around 36 cookies and fill some with nuts raspberry or apricot jam... take bake and enjoy .

Make your own ravioli!! join in mixing your dough, resting it and filling your little pillows of dough with a cheese filling.. included with this class is a ravioli maker kit.. very nice you will make around 24-30 ravioli in class take them home to cook.. . if enough people sign up it will be held at the lions club and you can purchase a drink during class so lets have some fun.......

come join in and make your very own snowman wreath you get to choose the black and white check or the red and black, once you sign up i will text you to get the color you choose.. you will roll the mesh for the wreath and then you will attach the bottom part that will already be finished,, you just have to atatch the bottom and the hat and this snowman will be just like frosty ..

you will make your very own dill pickles , cut them put your spices in jars and then i will fill them with a brine and give them a bath, water bath canning... while you are chopping your cukes i will be simmering a pot of raspberries for raspberry jam, we will fill the jars give them a quick bath and you each get a jar.... you will learn a lot about canning both water bath and will talk about what foods need to be pressure canned. and also take your very own pickles and jam jars home you will receive a starter kit and i will have some grab your balls aprons on hand if you would like to purchase during class

This dish is easy and will WOW your friends and family. You will each make your very own pan and take it home to bake for dinner,this is made with an Alfred, pesto garlic & cheese, the rolls are pasta filled with chicken and a cream cheese & spinach filling it is Delicious… come make dinner.....

Join in, this is hands on, you will mix your dough and we will let it rise then you will shape 6 dough balls, to take home and bake. I will have some already baked so you will actually get to eat one of your soups during class. I will be making a grilled cheese soup that is amazing!! Yes it tastes like you’re eating a grilled cheese sandwich and with the bread bowl WOW!! . So come and make the bread bowls you will learn step by step how t make these awesome fall and winter statement bowls...., you will receive recipes and get to take a cup of each soup home.

Learn how to decorate sugar cookies! You will each get 12 cookies to decorate in class and a box to take them home in. I will have a variety of colors and sprinkles on hand to decorate these gems!

Come create a small cake 8 inch or cup cakes you will actually learn a lot of piping techniques piping different borders flowers these adorable flower cupcakes and more, the best thing is that you will text me a picture of something that you would like put on the cake or cupcakes an image of a dog kid sport hobby anything and i will print that out for you ON THE EDIBLE PRINTER to put on the top of the cake!!!! , you will receive a few piping cake decorating tips . You will practice with some tips, piping techniques and then you will frost your very own 12 cupcakes or cake , You will get to take these home all boxed up. .. so come have some fun ...

I am 100 percent Hungarian! I use to roll these all the time but after cooking for 100 people a day, I decided to make it much easier and WOW they taste exactly the same!!! These are delicious, made with a combination of beef and pork, rice cabbage, tomato and a secret ingredient!! Make Your Own Bread

(Includes a proofing basket) In this class you will make a crusty artisan bread looks similar to sour dough, you will also be mixing this dough by hand a little kneading and that’s it, this will proof for a while... while it is proofing. You will make a batter bread this is a very easy bread you can do in about 30 min…. once dough has risen, we will shape it a little and that’s about it… you will take it home to bake. These proofing baskets are very nice and not only shapes the dough but gives it a great look! So lets make some dough!!!! This artisan bread is best baked in a Dutch oven but you can also use any oven safe pan with a lid or even sheet pan or skillet. You will get a recipe and we will be sampling some fresh bread.
